Epoxy Syringe

This two-part cold-weld epoxy system provides strong, lasting repairs on metal and a variety of other surfaces. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, it forms a permanent bond that can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled once cured. At room temperature, it sets in 4–6 hours to a dark grey color, reaching full cure in 15–24 hours. When fully cured, it delivers a tensile strength of 5020 PSI and can withstand temperatures up to 550°F.
