Double Tube Epoxy

This is a high-strength two-part cold weld epoxy system designed for strong, lasting repairs on metal and a variety of other surfaces. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, it forms a permanent bond that can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled after curing. At room temperature, it sets in 4–6 hours to a dark grey color, reaching full cure within 15–24 hours. Once fully cured, it achieves a tensile strength of 5020 PSI and withstands temperatures up to 550ºF.
